The first property to use Aberdein Considine's new virtual viewing technology has gone under offer within 48-hours. 14 Mill Drive in Bucksburn, Aberdeen, was used to pilot our new 360-degree Matterport tours, which launched on Monday. 

The walkthrough and accompanying video attracted a remarkable 6,000 views within two days. Yesterday, an offer was submitted on the two-bed property, which has subsequently been accepted.
